200g x Fresh Mango.
1 x Frozen Banana (or fresh banana with some ice cubes).
1 x Tablespoon of Fresh Mint.
Juice of 1/2 Lime. Freshly Squeezed.
2 x Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt.
1 x Tablespoon of Milk.
