3 x Cloves of Garlic, crushed.
1-2 heaped tablespoons of plain flour.
1 x 440ml can of Guinness
2 x Knorr Rich Beef Stock pots and 175ml of water OR 250ml beef stock, fresh if available.
Salt and Pepper.
1 x Jus Rol 320g of ready made Puff Pastry.
