50g x Unsalted Butter

3 x Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour.
21/4 x Teaspoons Active Dried Yeast.
1 x Teaspoon of Salt
2 x Teaspoons of ground Cinnamon
1 x Teaspoon of ground Ginger
1 x Teaspoon of ground Nutmeg

For the Glaze:
11/2 x Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar
11/2 x Tablespoons of Boiling Water
