Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp.
Bay leaves – 2.
Yogurt (curd) – 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Sugar – 1/2 tsp.
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Ghee – 1 tbsp.
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp.
Slit green chilly – 2.
Ingredients for the Korma Masala –
Onion (large) – 1 (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
Red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp.
Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup.
Oil – 2 tbsp.
