250 broccoli (4 cups), chopped fairly small
2/3 cup grated parmesan
3 large eggs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup flour
neutral oil, as needed, to cook

Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup plain yogurt
