12-oz. bottle of good-quality beer (I used Schlafly Pale Ale)
For the cole slaw:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
