For the Teriyaki Glaze:
1tbsp cornstarch
1 and 1/4cup waterseparated
1/4cup soy sauce
1/4cup brown sugarpacked, dark or light
1/2tsp ground ginger
1/4tsp garlic powder
2tbsp honey
1lbs salmon

For the Sriracha Cream Sauce:
1/2cup mayonnaise
2tbsp sriracha* or 3 tbsp for a stronger taste
1 and 1/2tbsp sweetened condensed milk
