2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 tbsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp pure lemon oil

Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
enough water to make glaze a little runny
