¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
3-4 cardamom
2 cinnamon sticks, ½ inch each
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
3 large eggs
For sweet potato crisps (Optional for decorating the pie)-
Sweet potato ribbons, thin long strips of potato
¼ cup water
¼ cup sugar
