11/2 cups Shredded Parmesan, Asiago, or Swiss Cheese (divided)
1 - 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 - 10 oz. package of Frozen Spinach (Thawed and drained)
1 - 14 oz. can Quartered Artichoke Hearts (drained and diced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
Dash of Black Pepper
