3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
1 large egg
1teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
