1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
1/2 Red or Brown Onion, Chopped
2 cups Chopped Red Potato
1 cup Chopped Green Beans
3 Medium Mushrooms, Chopped
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
12 oz. Grilled Steak, Chopped and pan seared till warm
4 cups Chopped Kale
1.5 oz. Mild Goat Cheese, crumbled
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, finely Chopped
2 teaspoons Tomato Paste. I use the one that comes in a tube. Since I don't use much at a time, I find it keeps longer.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dried Sage
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
