1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
A dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
7 tbsp canned pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
