FOR THE BEER CHEESE:
3 TBSP butter
4 TBSP flour
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup beer (the darker the beer, the stronger the beer flavor)
12 ounces shredded cheddar
1/2 TBSP steak sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
