I saw these Goldfish Royal Icing Cookies on Pinterest a couple years ago and always wanted to try to make them. These cookies are one of those things that is great to do with the kids. They can add the graham cracker fish to the icing and the pearlized white sprinkles used for bubbles.

1 recipe Cream Cheese Glaze Royal Icing
1 recipe Easy Sugar Cookies
36 (2 for each cookie) bite-sized fish graham crackers
White pearlized sprinkles for bubbles
Blue gel food color (for icing water)
Green gel food color (for icing plants, we made some with some without)
2 inch square or rectangle cookie cutter (can be any shape really)
