For the dark chocolate layer:
8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
8 oz. (1 cup) heavy cream
2 tsp instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup slivered almonds, roasted
For the white chocolate layer:
8 oz. white chocolate
8 oz. (1 cup) heavy cream
1 tbsp water
3/4 tsp gelatin
1/2 cup raspberries
