Ingredients

CAKE:
1-2/3 cups cake flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
2-1/4 tsp vanilla
5 egg whites (10 Tbsp liquid egg whites)

FILLING and FROSTING:
2 x 540mL cans cherry pie filling
4 tsp kirsch or cherry brandy
2-1/2 cups whipping cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 squares semisweet chocolate
