Serves: 30 cupcakes
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

For the Cupcakes:
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 package Reese's PB Cup Oreo Cookies (24 cookies)
30 small Peanut Butter Oreo cookies

For the Chocolate Frosting:
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used half regular/half dark cocoa)
1/2 cup whipping cream
