1/5 cup buttermilk (regular milk works too)
1.5 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup berry coulis
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh berries (I used blackberries and blueberries)
