1 cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup Truvia Baking Blend (or ½ cup granulated sugar)
½ cup coconut oil
1 large egg
¾ cup applesauce
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
18 large marshmallows, cut in half
½ cup Hershey's milk chocolate bar, cut up
