2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp. lemon zest *optional
1/2 tbsp. orange zest *optional
Crust:
1 cup graham crackers (about 20 crackers.)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
Strawberry Topping:
1 lb strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice *optional
