2 cups of cooked chickpeas
½ sweet onion – small dice
2 large clove garlic – presses
2 TBS fresh parsley – chopped
2 TBS fresh cilantro – chopped
1 tea. Cumin
1 tea. Coriander
1 tea. Sea salt
1 tea. Baking powder
½ cup flour – wheat, quinoa, almond meal or other flour
Olive Oil for sautéing
Optional add-ins:
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil – chopped (adds wonderful flavor)
