1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting:
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 to 4 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 to 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (to taste)
Toppings:
Diced fresh fruit of any kind. The more colorful the better! If you can, buy organic produce. Especially on the peaches and strawberries, as they tend to contain the highest pesticide residue.
