For the filling:
15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar (adjust sweetness based on personal preference)
2 tsp vanilla
For serving:
8 prebaked tart shells (I used store bought but you could make your own)
Fresh berries
1/4 cup honey to drizzle on top
fresh mint
