Peanut Butter

For the chocolate coating using the "magic shell" chocolate:
1 and 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil

OR

For the chocolate coating using the double boiler:
1 and 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp of palm shortening
