For the cake layers:
1 box chocolate cake mix + the ingredients on the back of the box.
For the peanut butter pie layer:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 can (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
For the topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (optional)
