1 box (12.8 oz.) VELVEETA Cheesy Skillets Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac plus ingredients listed on box
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
3 Tbsp. (about half of a 1.25 oz. packet) taco seasoning (or use my homemade mix!)
Sour cream and sliced tomatoes, for serving
Cilantro, for garnish
