Serves: 2-3 as a snack

Pita Chips:
2 pita breads
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Whipped Feta Dip:
1/4 cup ricotta
½ brick cubed feta cheese (4 ounces) (I use Athenos Feta Cheese)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon olive oil
Olive oil for drizzling
