Ingredients

Serves: 4 servings, 1/2 chicken breast per person

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
½ cup flour
1 Tb McCormick oregano leaves
1 Tb McCormick garlic powder
½ tsp McCormick ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 eggs
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp McCormick red pepper flakes
2-3 Tb capers
1 lemon, half cut into thin slices and half used for juicing
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Few leaves of fresh basil, chopped for garnish
Olive oil, for drizzling
