Whipped Cream:
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
pinch of salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Topping:
1 cup chopped milk chocolate toffee candy bar (ex: Heath)
additional caramel sauce, as desired
