1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 lbs pure cane powdered sugar
7 tablespoons milk
