Ingredients

1 pineapple
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced ( I used orange)
1 red onion, diced
Fresh Cilantro to taste
2 limes, zest & Juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
