For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp sugar
5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
For the chocolate coated graham crackers:
2 cups milk chocolate, chopped (or you can use milk chocolate chips)
1 Tbsp canola oil
6 whole graham crackers (sheets), broken in half
For the ice cream:
1 quart vanilla ice cream (I used Edy's Slow-Churned)
1 quart chocolate ice cream (I used Edy's Slow-Churned)
1 bag miniature marshmallows
