1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Chocolate Mousse Filling* (recipe follows)
Chocolate Frosting* (recipe follows)
1/2 cup hot water
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup butter (half of a stick)
2 cups powdered sugar
