250 g (9 oz) Vanilla cookies
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 Cup light sweetened condensed milk
200 g (7 oz) butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 Cup shredded coconut
1/2 Cup chopped peanuts

Chocolate icing:
1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 Cup cream
1 1/2 Cup icing sugar
