8 oz. mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3 pkgs lady fingers/savoiardi (I used 10.5 ounces for a 8×8-inch pan)
2 cups hot brewed espresso
2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder or grated bittersweet chocolate
