Healthy Cinnamon rolls- No white flours or processed sugars, no butter or vegan butter substitutes.

For the filling:
1/2 c. coconut sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
1 TB. melted coconut oil
For the dough:
3 c. (whole grain) spelt flour (Plus another 1/4c-1/2 c. for kneading.)
3 TB. coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
