4 cups of bread flour or 2 cups bread, 2 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 T dried rosemary (2 T if fresh)
1 1/3-2 cups warm water (about shower warm)
5 T olive oil divided (3/2)
half a red onion sliced thin into rings
3 tsp kosher salt
