1 cup milk powder
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons curd
3 teaspoons ghee
1/4 teaspoon salt
Oil for deep frying

For sugar syrup:
2 cups water
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 big cardamoms
2-4 strands saffron
1 teaspoon rose essence or a pinch edible camphor or kewra essence
1 teaspoon milk
