FOR THE BUTTERCREAM:
2 sticks Butter(8 oz), softened
4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Yellow Food Color
3-4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
FOR THE GANACHE:
1/2 C. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
TOPPINGS:
1/2 - 3/4 C. Sprinkles
