For the Kaiserschmarrn:
8 Eggland's Best eggs
2 cups unbleached flour
½ cup organic sugar
11/3 cups organic whole milk
2 (6 ounce) packages of fresh raspberries
8 ounces raspberry jam
butter for frying
powdered sugar for dusting

For the chocolate sauce:
¾ cups water
1½ cups sugar
¾ cups cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
pinch salt
