8 small corn tortillas
1 cup of canned corn kernels, drained
2 cups fresh kale, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions.
1/2 cup of thinly sliced scallions
1/2 lime
1 cup of cheese
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of Adobo Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch of Mrs. Dash Seasoning w/o lemon
1pinch of crushed red peppers
