1 cup Panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 medium eggplant, cut into ¼-inch slices
2 eggs, beaten with 1 Tbsp water
1 large loaf of Sourdough bread
1 cup Ragu® Old World Style Traditional Sauce
8 slices mozzarella cheese
