1 pound almonds, walnuts and/or pistachios
1/4 cup sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, melted
For the Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
For Garnish:
several Tbsp of whole cloves
