18 oz (510 g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
For the Mascarpone Cream Filling:
1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream (35%)
2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) Creme de Cacao (or other chocolate flavoured clear liqueur)
2 cups (500 g) softened mascarpone cheese
