Easy Grilled Chicken Thighs grill up quickly in a Grill Pan! We're talking 10 minutes max folks! That's my kind of busy day dinner! The spice rub is spicy and delicious and works well with the grilled flavor. It's versatile too, so you can add more or less heat depending on how you like it!
Ingredients
3/4 cup minced red onion
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper. With seeds for more heat or leave 'em out if you're not in a spicy mood
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)
