Hearty corn chowder with a smokey Southwest flavor for the slow cooker.

2 14.5 ounce cans of chicken broth
1 can Green Giant Chipotle Corn
5 small red potatoes cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup white onion diced
1 rib celery sliced
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy cream
3 table spoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon ground chipotle
1 tablespoon Chalula or Tobasco
1 dash minced garlic
