1 28oz can of San Marzano tomatoes (pulsed several times in food processor)
2 cups of fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 cups of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
2/3 cup of heavy cream
