1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee
for the cookies and cream frosting:
3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
15 Oreo cookies, crushed
for assembly:
8 Oreo cookies, cut in half
1/2 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
Crushed oreo crumbs for decoration
