For the streusel:
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c brown sugar
4 T softened butter
1 t ground cinnamon
For the batter:
2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/3 5 T softened butter
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
2 large eggs
1 c sour cream
2 t vanilla extract
16 oz dark sweet cherries (I used organic frozen ones, so they were thawed then drained)
